Hargreaves Warehouse

Spaces was engaged to revitalise a tired 1940’s steel manufacturing warehouse and produce concepts propose the best-suited method of development. Though the site and remaining building were well used and run down, the Spaces team was drawn to the original sawtooth design that was constructed of a network of steel trusses and columns. A priority for the client and Spaces was to retain as much of the existing structure as possible, as not only a cost-saving measure but to preserve a stunning example of the areas industrial history.
